Things to Do

things to do when you're bored

If there's no wedding activities planned and you're looking for something to do, look no further! If you're hoping to see fall colors, you may be able to at lower elevations -- but unfortunately, the mountain colors will likely be long gone by the time you visit.

In October, most parts of Colorado are warm or chilly -- not cold! You can see Denver's 2024 October weather here, and Boulder's here

Plan for the altitude! If you are coming from New York or California especially, then you are probably living close to sea level! Both Denver and Boulder have an altitude around 5,000ft, and it is common to experience altitude sickness. 🥂 If you like to drink, be mindful that you may feel the alcohol more than usual!

Attraction Passes

Attraction Passes allow you access to multiple things for a discount, usually pretty standard but fun things like zoos. Check out Denver's passes here!
